Questions, answered.
Something else? Talk to an engineer.
Do we have to replace our engagement platform?
No. Many teams keep it for email and use grovs for push, in-app and journeys where the data has to stay inside.
How is lift calculated?
Each journey keeps a control group that gets nothing. Lift is the difference in your goal, like purchases, between the two.
Can journeys react to purchases and cancellations?
Yes. Validated purchases, renewals and cancellations can start a journey, branch it or end it.
How do we avoid over-messaging?
Set frequency limits on each message, and exit users from a journey as soon as they reach the goal.
Do messages go out in each user's time zone?
Yes. Push can be scheduled for a local time, like 9:00, wherever each user is.
